Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be shipped within 1-4 business days after receipt of payment. If for any reason, we cannot ship on time, we will contact the customer and either refund the payment or reschedule shipping.Unless otherwise stated, all orders will be shipped by either Expedited Post or Xpresspost.

Privacy & Security

Your information is safe with us. We will not sell our customer list.

Returns

Any item which may not meet with your expectations for any reason may be returned if shipped back to us in new condition within two days of receipt. We will issue a credit against your card within two business days for these.

Defective items may be returned within 30 days of receipt if still in new condition. It will be up to Bijou Nous- Vos Silver’s discretion whether to replace, repair or credit the customer for defective items.You must have a return authorization number from us to send any item back. Send us an email with the reason for your return and we’ll answer promptly.

We will process your order and phone you for credit card payment information.

The minimum order for this website is $150. You must have a retail business in Canada to order from us.
